Princess Anne was re-tagged at Eco Beach by Research Assistant Anne Mueller at the time of the PTT deployment on 23rd November 2012. Tag scars were present on both sides as initial tags were missing.
Her left tag is now WA87929 and the right WA87931.
Princess Anne measured 89cm CCL and 74cm CCW.
She laid 40 eggs and two temperature data loggers were placed in the nest to record hourly temperatures during the expected 48 days of incubation.
Research Assistants Corinne Chambers and Anne Mueller were assisted by volunteers Molly Watts, Sarah Watts, Lori Pigdon, Dana Shokery and Lucy Smith.
