Background
Mayo measured 78,5 cm (CCLmin) and 70,9 cm (CCW). Her weight was 58.4 kg, indicating that she was still a sub adult turtle. She was intercepted at the feeding area around Derawan island. She was fitted with a Fastlock transmitter produced by Sirtrack, and released on the same day on 13th of December 2009.
This study is part of a long term project to learn more about Green turtle migrating behavior in the Derawan islands complex.
