Sea turtle identification card, not available anywhere else. Turtle plush toy. Pick a Turtle Name: Please note that we reserve the right to refuse names that we deem to be inappropriate. About You: Tell us a little bit about the adoption recipient, why you want to name this turtle for them, or why you selected the name, and we will add some text to the turtle's tracking page. Information sheet for your adopted animal. Their name on the animal's tracking page. Adoption Party Packet - US$100 + $10 per person Party for people. Includes: For each party member: Adoption certificate. Information sheet for your adopted animal. Color map showing the current location of your adopted animal. Party group name on the animal's tracking page. Fun turtle hat for guest of honor. Save the sea party banner. PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OF PARTY PACKETS. Step 3. Provide Delivery Information	Your First Name: Your Last Name: Your E-mail Address: Required for adoption receipt. Recipient Name: Name that will appear on website Packet Mailing Address: Enter the address where the adoption packet should be sent. They should receive their adoption packet in two to four weeks. Gift Message: If this is a gift you may enter a message to the recipient in the box above. Preferred Delivery Date: YYYY-MM-DD Please Note: We can not guarantee that your adoption packet will arrive on the requested date, but we will do our best. Add an extra week for delivery to non-US addresses. Gift Name Display: If you check this box the recipient's name will not appear on the website until the Preferred Delivery Date entered above. This option may be useful if this is a surprise gift.
