Background

"Laura" was tagged on the 3rd May 2008. She was the second Olive Ridley turtle tagged during the project at the Jamursba Medi nesting beach. She was almost 'round' with similar size of curved carapace length and width (65 cm). Her weight was 34.5 kg. This study is part of a long term project caried out by WWF Indonesia to learn more about post nesting migration of Olive Ridley turtle in the 'Vogel Kop' of Papua.
